Atlas is designed as a decision infrastructure system for hospitality investing. Documentation is structured to support rapid onboarding and institutional use.

Atlas integrates market intelligence (macro, tourism, and demand signals), asset-level performance data, and portfolio and execution workflows into a single institutional-grade platform.

2. Core Modules

Atlas is organized around three core modules:

  • Signal Intelligence — market, macro, and demand signals across global regions
  • Risk Engine — scenario modeling, volatility analysis, and downside mapping
  • Execution Layer — deal pipelines, benchmarking, and opportunity identification

  • Bay Score — composite investment scoring model
  • AHA (Adjusted Hospitality Alpha) — excess return measurement above benchmarks
  • LSD (Liquidity Stress Delta) — liquidity, supply, and demand framework

Bay Street Hospitality provides Atlas on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free access

Bay Street shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bay Street Hospitality operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the applicable courts of that jurisdiction.
