With a career spanning corporate finance, M&A advisory, and private markets leadership at firms including Deloitte, EY, and Pacific Capital Advisers, William has advised on complex transactions and fund formations across Europe, Asia, and Australia. His experience includes structuring securitisation vehicles, designing capital stacks for real asset strategies, and building distribution networks for institutional and private capital.
At Bay Street Hospitality, William advises on the design and optimisation of the firm's fund-level capital architecture, including VCC and securitisation structures, tranche design, and liquidity solutions, enabling the firm to scale its disciplined, risk-first approach to global hotel investing while maintaining alignment with institutional governance standards.
William holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance) from the University of Sydney and is a Chartered Accountant (CA ANZ).
