Previously, Tommy served as CEO of General Hotel Management (GHM), where he led the turnaround and repositioning of the brand, restoring performance and expanding its global footprint in the luxury segment. Under his leadership, The Chedi portfolio became a flagship example of disciplined luxury execution across multiple international markets.
His operating impact has been recognized through inclusion on Hotelier Middle East’s Executive Power List (2021, 2022) and the Saudi Arabia Vision 2030 Power List, reflecting his influence across the GCC and his role in shaping hospitality development aligned with regional growth and policy priorities.
