Blair's executive background spans CEO roles at Innovonics (ASX) and Cogent Energy (acquired by Origin Energy), Managing Director of Maxx Engineering, and founding board director of Flaim Systems — the immersive virtual-reality firefighter training company spun out of Deakin University's Institute for Intelligent Systems Research and Innovation.
His earlier career includes senior international executive roles at Fujitsu and Nortel Networks across Korea, Singapore, and Germany.
He currently serves as an advisor to Monash University and has operated across private and public technology markets, with practical expertise in raising both debt and equity capital.At Bay Street Hospitality, Blair leads the Australian market entry — structuring the Singapore-to-Australia legal pathway, building the institutional investor pipeline, and leading anchor capital raises beginning with the Fairmont Breakers US$50M round.
